What is the Slumberkins Loyalty Program?
The Slumberkins Loyalty Program is our free program that rewards you based on how much you shop and experience the Slumberkins universe. The more you spend and engage with us, the more rewards and benefits you earn, that you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
How do I join the loyalty program?
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us! Simply follow the instructions to make an account and you’ll automatically be enrolled in the program so you can start earning points immediately. If you have already made a purchase with us, you already have an account and have been enrolled! Simply login with your email address to see your rewards.
What benefits do I get in the loyalty program?
The more you shop and engage, the more benefits you earn! You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn! Be sure to check out the opportunities to earn – like providing your birthday, celebrating your Slumberkins anniversary, and more!
How is my tier status determined?
Your tier status is determined by how many points you earn by shopping on Slumberkins.com and completing our loyalty activities and achievements. The more points you get, the higher your tier status will be. Take a look at our thresholds for tiers in the program description above.
Will my previous purchases be taken into consideration and go towards my loyalty status?
If you were in our beta program and claimed your points as previously instructed, your historical purchases made on slumberkins.com will be included. If you were not in this beta program, or if you did not claim your points, historical purchases are not included in your account. At this time, achievements earned from past purchases will not appear in your account. This isn’t functionality available to us.
Is my tier status for life?
YES: Your tier status will not change after you earn it! Although points expire on a rolling 12-month basis, your tier status will never be lost.
How do points work?
It’s this simple: For every dollar you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award dollars. You can apply these reward dollars to future purchases. Please note, that you can only use a maximum of $30 worth of rewards points per transaction.
Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for fewer dollars spent!
Do all purchases count for points?
Following the launch of our rewards program, all future purchases made on www.slumberkins.com will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be notified on the products listing at www.slumberkins.com if a purchase does not count for points.
What happens if I return my items?
Upon the return of an item, the spend amount applied to your tier status for the original purchase will be deducted from your account.
What are those free products I can redeem?
Your points are very versatile! Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive dollars off your purchases, but points can also be used to redeem free products from us. If you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply click the product you want from the options available and it will be added to your cart FOR FREE. Be sure to refresh your page for the item to show up in your cart. You may still incur other charges like tax and shipping.
How do Achievements work?
Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available Achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each Achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the Achievement is unlocked (Be sure to refresh your page for the achievement to show as unlocked). At this time, achievements earned from past purchases will not appear in your account. This isn’t functionality available to us but something we hope to introduce in the coming months.
How will I receive my birthday gift?
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a birthday surprise during the month of their birthday. Notifications will be sent to you via email, so make sure you have opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 12 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
How do referrals work?
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they get a discount on their first purchase. Share your link via email, SMS, or our different social media options and receive points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying purchase.
Did you change your referral program?
Our referral program is now hosted through our loyalty program. If you have a code that was issued prior to the launch of the loyalty program, it will continue to work. If you run into any issues, please contact us at hello@slumberkins.com.
I used Buy with Prime on Slumberkins.com. Do those orders count toward my points?
Yes! However, it may take longer for your Buy with Prime orders to appear in your account and point balance. If you are missing an order, please send the order ID and date of purchase to hello@slumberkins.com and we can look into it.
How do the point multipliers work?
Based on your tier level, you may earn extra points on your purchases. So if your points multiplier is 1.25, and you earn 10 points, you will actually be credited 12.5 points on every purchase.
Can I use all points on all Slumberkins.com products?
Not all products are eligible for loyalty point redemption. If a product is excluded, it will say so on the product detail page.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you are logged into your Slumberkins account, use the slider bar to indicate how many points you’d like to redeem. Once you are happy with the amount, you will tap the redeem button and this will issue you with a coupon code to use on your next purchase. Please only redeem the value you want to spend during your next purchase as the code is only valid one time and any unused value will not carry over. Please note, that you can only use a maximum of $30 worth of rewards points per transaction.
I have no need for my points. Can I send them to someone in need?
Yes! We have partnered with the Ronald McDonald House Charities in our local area of Oregon & SW Washington. They provide access to medical care, a home away from home, and a community of support for seriously ill or injured children and their families. They are already so grateful to be receiving any donated points you no longer need to exchange for Slumberkins tools and comfort items.
How do I donate my points?
Simply select the option to Donate Your Points and select the tier you’d like to donate – $10, $25, or $50 worth of points. If you wish to donate more than $50, please make multiple donations.
I have multiple accounts. How do I consolidate them?
At this time, we cannot merge accounts. Please be sure to make all purchases under the one account that you'd like to earn rewards with. If your accounts were merged during the beta program, this cannot be undone. If you make purchases under multiple accounts, you will earn rewards under both but cannot combine your points from each account on future purchases.
