PLAN YOUR PARTY IN SLUMBERKINS STYLE
Planning a themed birthday party for your little one can easily become overwhelming. The decor, the favors, the eats, the treats... it's a lot, but we got you, mama! Below, we have curated some of our favorite tips and tricks for creating the best Slumberkins themed birthday bash ever.
TIP #1: THINK ABOUT DECOR
Do you want to focus on a specific color or creature theme, or will your party be multi-creature and multi-color? How will you incorporate your Slumberkins Snugglers, Stuffies, Board Books, and Affirmation Cards into the decor of the room?

TIP #2: PLAN AHEAD
Is your little babe turning one? Incorporate their favorite Slumberkins creature into their monthly growth photos leading up to the big day and then share them on display at the party!
Start collecting themed decor early. Each creature's story lends itself to a different season and a different set of props and decor. Keep your eyes out early and start collecting fun little themed party decorations before you find yourself in crunch time.
TIP #3: THEME-OUT THE SNACKS, CAKES, AND COOKIES
We've seen some pretty impressive dessert displays along the way. Does your kiddo have a favorite Slumberkins creature? Reach out to some local baker friends to see if they are available to help you decorate your Slumberkins themed desserts!
Want to give it a go on your own? Make it an activity and set up a cookie decorating station at the party!
TIP #4: CAN'T FORGET THE FAVORS!
Think about the goodies your guests will walk away with at the end of the day. Maybe it's those leftover Slumberkins cookies or even a Slumberkins board book! We also have free resources and printable versions of the affirmations cards that would be easy to share!
TIP #5: SET UP FOR SLUMBERKINS THEMED ACTIVITIES
Storytime - let the birthday boy or girl pick their favorite Slumberkins stories to read aloud with everyone. Bonus points for bringing The Feels to life with Novel Effect's free sound effects! (Download Novel Effect HERE).

TIP #6: HAVE FUN
Don't sweat the small stuff! Your little one won't notice if the cake isn't perfect or that the birthday banner is crooked; they will notice all the joy, laughter, and excitement of the day. Remember to let yourself enjoy the moment, take it all in, and have fun!
TIP #7: TAKE PHOTOS
This moment will be gone in a flash...Make sure friends and family help you capture it! Use hashtag #SlumberKidParty when you share on social media so we can join in on the fun!
