Subscription Shipping:

How often will I be charged?

For Quarterly Subscriptions, an automatic debit will be charged 3 months from your original purchase date. You will have 4 total charges to complete your subscription package. Quarterly Subscriptions will be charged a $5 flat rate (US Shipping only - this product is not currently available internationally) in addition to your subscription fee for each shipment (4).

For Annual subscriptions, customers will be charged the entire subscription fee on your original purchase date, with a $20 flat rate US shipping fee.

Please note, Subscriptions purchased during our Nov. '22 Early Access  Event provides your first box now, and your next box will ship to coincide with the regular subscription timeframe of approx. August 2023.  Shipping is only available to U.S. Addresses during this event. 

When will I receive my shipment?

Every 3 months, you will receive your Kinspiration Kit. This is a set subscription box and you are not able to substitute any items. 

How do I cancel my subscription? 

To cancel your membership, log in to your Slumberkins dashboard, navigate to “Manage Subscriptions” and select “Cancel Subscription." From there, select “Subscriptions” and click on the subscription you would like to cancel. Select the “cancel subscription” button and follow the prompts. 

There are no cancellation fees, however canceling your membership does not provide you a refund for any received or prepaid boxes. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. If you would like to cancel your membership, you must do so before your next billing date as noted in your account details. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following box. 

IMPORTANT: Annual Memberships prepay for 4 boxes and are non-refundable. As an Annual Member, you will continue to receive your prepaid boxes and have access to all the other amazing membership perks until the end of your prepaid annual term.

Kinspiration Kit Subscription Perk: Slumberkins Store Credit!

How does the store credit offer work based on my Kinspiration subscription?

Prepaid Subscription:  You will receive a $20 store credit with each kit shipment. This credit will be emailed at the time of your shipment.  Coupons are valid for 90 days. ** Store credit can not be used on future subscription purchases.

Pay As You Go Subscription: You will receive a $10 store credit with each kit shipment. This credit will be emailed at the time of your shipment.  Coupon is valid for 90 days. ** Store credit can not be used on future subscription purchases.

Where do I manage my subscription? 

Navigate to your Account Profile. In the upper left-hand corner, you will see the Manage Subscriptions option. Click Manage Subscriptions. Once there, select Subscriptions from the same menu bar. Here you can view all of your Slumberkins Subscriptions and update or change your payment, shipment, and other information.

Are Kinspiration Kits Safety Tested?

All Kinspiration Kits contain non-toxic ingredients and parts. Due to the small parts included, Kinspirations Kits are recommended for ages 3 years and up. Yeti’s subscription box includes sensory snow, a non-toxic substance created from powdered bead sand. All products included in our subscription boxes have passed all toy & consumer safety standards for their age group. Use of this product by children should be supervised by an adult. 

Kinspiration Kit Wooden Collectibles?

Please note, the beechwood figurine heads are designed with a detachable head so they can spin appropriately. If your figure heads detach, simply slide them back on.

Kinspiration Kit Sand:

If the included sand is ingested in a large amount, seek medical attention. If a child gets the sand in their eye(s), rinse/flush the eye with room temperature water and/or wipe with a wet towel and clean hands.
