Lesson Supports: Emotional Regulation, Social Skills, Responsibility
The school day is full of moments where students may find themselves in conflict with others. Through conflict resolution, children can use emotional regulation techniques and tools to safely sort out disagreements.
Hammerhead’s lessons help students tune into and welcome all their feelings before losing their temper. By reducing the shame around conflict, kids can engage in problem-solving with compassion and empathy for both themselves and others. Remember: Mad is not bad!
