I bought this for my nephews new baby. I loved the message it told about shining bright. Self esteem is so important to instill at a young age. I'm thinking of getting another one for my granddaughter.

Our 2 year old granddaughter received Unicorn as a gift, but the books weren’t included. She LOVES books! So she asked for the Unicorn books. Since I am a very accommodating grandma(I.e., spoiling), I both both of them! I’m sure her parents have both books memorized by now, because of reading them to her multiple times a day! These books and animals are awesome!

I ordered Unicorn, Let Your Light Shine for my voice and piano students to help address performing our songs, bringing our experience to the music, and courage for improvisation. It has been a perfect tool for all of these things as expected. The big surprise for us was that my children (of course) wanted to read it too, and we saw the light return to our son's smile in a way we have been missing. This book was exactly what he needed to hear and has clearly resonated with him. It's our new favorite.
