WHOLESALE POLICIES
Effective January 2023

  • PRODUCT BUNDLING REQUIREMENTS

Due to our mission, plush products are not to be sold individually, they must be sold with their associated book.

  • MAP PRICING

Slumberkins adheres to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) standards. All resellers of Slumberkins products are required to adhere to MAP pricing established by Slumberkins. Slumberkins reserves the right to adjust or change pricing at any time and will notify wholesale vendors if such change should occur. Retailers found to be advertising Slumberkins product below MAP pricing may be asked to adjust pricing to meet MAP standards; failure to comply may result in termination of the account.

Discounts to Slumberkins products advertised or listed on e-commerce sales channels requires advance written permission from Slumberkins, and will typically be granted on a semi-annual basis.

  • MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY

Slumberkins requires a minimum order of $500, for initial orders and $250 all reorders. We do not require you to order in case packs, but you must order a minimum of 2 units per SKU on your order.

  • THIRD PARTY  E-COMMERCE

All approved Slumberkins wholesale accounts are permitted to sell Slumberkins products on their privately-hosted website (i.e. babyboutique.com) and in their brick and mortar store locations only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Products cannot be sold to other retailers or resellers. Resellers are not permitted to sell Slumberkins products on third-party e-commerce or auction sites, including (but not limited to) Amazon.com, Jet.com, eBay.com, etc. Failure to adhere to this policy may result in termination of the wholesale account.

  • ADVERTISING APPROVAL

Retailers may include Slumberkins products and logos in digital and print advertising, though ads must be pre- approved by Slumberkins. Proofs/screen shots to be sent to Slumberkins account manager no less than 7 days prior to ads going live. The words “Slumberkins”, “Snuggler”, and “Kin” are not to be used in paid Google keyword searches without prior written consent. Slumberkins further reserves the right to modify, edit, or deny any ads that include Slumberkins trademarks or intellectual property at any time.

  • RETURN POLICY

All wholesale orders are considered final sale.

Slumberkins guarantees all products against defects. If you receive a product you believe to be damaged or defective, please contact wholesale@slumberkins.com within five business days of receipt of your shipment. Once we have confirmed what items are defective/ damaged a replacement of these items will be arranged free of charge.

  • PRODUCT RECALL

In the unlikely event that any items are found to be defective and a product recall is required, your Slumberkins Account Manager will contact you immediately in writing to advise to remove the product from sale. Arrangements will be made at Slumberkins cost to return all defective items to Slumberkins Warehouse and a refund will be issued for all recalled inventory.

Slumberkins would also ask that your team direct any customers who had purchased to reach out to hello@slumberkins.com for a return and a refund/ exchange of the purchased recalled product.

  • PAYMENT METHOD

Slumberkins will provide terms pending credit approval. All other orders must be paid prior to shipment.

  • SHIPPING

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the reseller, and will be assessed for all wholesale orders (unless otherwise noted.) A separate shipping invoice will be sent upon receipt of payment for the inventory to ensure accurate pricing. Payment must be received in full prior to shipment of the order.

Slumberkins makes every effort to ship wholesale orders within three business days of receiving payment. Transit time for domestic orders may vary depending on shipping method. Rush orders will be accommodated to the best of our ability, and may incur a $20 rush fee. For information regarding a specific shipment, to request a rush order, or to request using your own shipping account, please contact wholesale@slumberkins.com.

  • RESELLER’S LICENSE

All resellers of Slumberkins products are required to hold a current and valid Reseller’s License through their licensing state or territory. Proof of license may be requested at any time, and failure to comply may result in termination of the wholesale account.

  • AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By placing a wholesale order and paying accompanying invoice, reseller agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
