Getting Started

How do I join the Slumberkins Rewards Program?

Joining our rewards program is easy and free! You can sign up on our website at Slumberkins.com/#SlumberkinsRewards

Can I use my existing Shop account to log in?

Yes! For your convenience, we've integrated with Shop. You can use your Shop account credentials to log in to our rewards program.

Why does the browser need access to my camera and location?

The browser requests camera and location access to enable features like:

  • Taking live photos to complete challenges

  • Scanning QR codes for quick point-earning

  • Uploading receipts for purchases made in stores

Rest assured, we only access your camera and location when you actively use these features.

How do I give camera and location access on my phone?

Chrome:

  • Open the Chrome app, go to settings, then navigate to "Site Settings" where you can toggle the permissions for "Camera" and "Location" to "Allow" or "Ask before accessing" for each option

OR

  • Open your phone's settings, navigate to "Apps" or "Applications," then select Chrome; within the Chrome settings, go to "Permissions" and toggle "Camera" and "Location" to "Allow" or "Ask before accessing" depending on your preference

Safari:

  • Open your phone settings, navigate to "Safari", and then ensure that both "Camera" and "Location Services" are set to "Allow" under the privacy settings

OR

  • Go to your device's Settings, then select Privacy & Security > Camera (to manage camera access) and Location Services (to manage location access), and toggle "Camera" and "Location" to "Allow" for both features

How do I earn Slumberkins Rewards Points?

You can earn Slumberkins Rewards Points in several ways:

  • Slumberkins Rewards Points for purchase when you are signed into your Slumberkins Rewards Program account before making a purchase

  • Taking photos of Slumberkins out in the wild

  • Watching our Apple TV series and sharing a photo

  • Sharing photos of your Slumberkins collection

  • Writing a review

  • Writing about how Slumberkins has impacted you/your child

  • Rotating seasonal challenges

Opportunities to earn Slumberkins Rewards Points will be shown in the “Earn” tab on your Slumberkins Rewards Program dashboard.

When will I see Slumberkins Rewards Points for my purchase?

For purchases on Slumberkins.com, Slumberkins Rewards Points are added to your account instantly. 

Why does an action have a timer next to it?

Slumberkins Rewards Program Challenges are fun, limited-time activities that allow you to earn bonus Slumberkins Rewards Points. The timer tells you how long until the action expires. Be sure to act fast to not miss out on these Slumberkins Rewards Points!

Do my Slumberkins Rewards Points expire?

Yes, your Slumberkins Rewards Points will expire after 12 months of non-usage beginning on July 15, 2025.

Redeeming Rewards

How do I redeem my rewards?

You can redeem your rewards in the Slumberkins Rewards Program dashboard by navigating to https://slumberkins.com/#SlumberkinsRewards_tab-rewards. Once you have enough Slumberkins Rewards Points to redeem a reward, you can select the reward to claim the item or discount.

What rewards are available?

Our rewards include:

  • Order discounts 

  • Donations to one of our nonprofit partners

  • Free products

All of your reward options will be shown in the “Redeem” tab on your Slumberkins Rewards Program dashboard and are subject to change.

I'm having trouble redeeming my reward. What should I do?

If you're having issues redeeming a reward, try these steps:

  • Ensure you have enough Slumberkins Rewards Points for the reward

    • Note: it may take 24-48 hours after completing some actions for the Slumberkins Rewards Points to appear in your dashboard

  • Check if the reward has any specific terms (e.g., applicable products, order minimum)

Can I share my rewards with friends or family?

Slumberkins Rewards Points and rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

Are all products eligible for loyalty point redemption?

While some limited collabs, new product launches, or promos may be excluded, we’ll continue to offer early access, exclusive perks, and special gifts just for members. If an item is discounted, or if it is listed here, it is not eligible for point redemption. 

Account Management

How do I check my Slumberkins Rewards Points balance?

You can check your Slumberkins Rewards Points balance by referencing your Slumberkins Rewards Program dashboard at http://Slumberkins.com/#SlumberkinsRewards. Your current Slumberkins Rewards Points balance will appear in the white box under your name.

How do I merge two accounts?

At this time, we cannot merge accounts. Please be sure to make all purchases under the one account that you'd like to earn rewards with. If you make purchases under multiple accounts, you will earn rewards under both but cannot combine your points from each account on future purchases.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the account page on Slumberkins.com

  2. Click "Forgot your password?"

  3. Enter the email address associated with your account

  4. Follow the instructions in the email sent to your inbox

Tiers

How do I check my tier status?

When you open the Slumberkins Rewards Program dashboard, you will see your tier status as well as your progress toward the next tier. When you click the tier name, you will find the benefits of being in your current tier and the benefits of the next tier up.

How is my Slumberkins Rewards Program tier status determined?

Your Slumberkins Rewards Program tier status is based on your amount spent on Slumberkins.com within a year of joining the Slumberkins Rewards Program, beginning July 28, 2025. Please note that you have a year to achieve the next tier status or maintain your current tier status before it expires.

Troubleshooting

The Slumberkins Rewards Program dashboard is not working properly. What should I do?

If you're experiencing issues with the dashboard:

  • Ensure you are connected to stable wifi or cellular data

  • Try refreshing the page

  • If problems persist, please contact our support team with details about your device and the problem you're experiencing

I made a purchase but didn't receive my Slumberkins Rewards Points. What should I do?

If you didn't receive Slumberkins Rewards Points for a purchase:

  • Allow up to 48 hours for Slumberkins Rewards Points to appear

  • Ensure you were logged into your account when making the purchase

  • If your Slumberkins Rewards Points still don't appear, contact customer support with your order details

Referrals


As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Slumberkins’s Terms of Use and Slumberkins’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Slumberkins’s Refer-a-Friend program:

  • Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at slumberkins.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link and completing a purchase over $60 using their referral discount code. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.

  • Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).

  • Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order greater than $60 in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3rd party fees.

  • Reward Credit Payments. Rewards are redeemable in increments of $10 coupons. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

  • Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Slumberkins’ Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in Slumberkins’ sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)

  • No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from Slumberkins’ Refer-a-Friend program.

  • Right to Close Accounts. Slumberkins reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Slumberkins Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

  • Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Slumberkins reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
