Our visual schedule is one of our favorite tools for adding structure to children’s daily lives. Easy to follow and flexible with moving pieces, this is a great resource to help pre-readers alleviate anxiety and follow routines with more confidence and independence.
Strengthening the connection between home and school is important for children’s learning. Parents and teachers can both take steps to ease transitions from home to school by increasing communication between parties and helping children integrate their learning in multiple environments.
How This Helps:
Parents supporting little ones with a wide range of abilities can use a visual routine schedule to bring structure and predictability into their children’s lives. Once children have completed an activity on the schedule, they can visualize what is next and start navigating their daily routines with lessened anxiety and more independence.

Tiles Included:
Visually, it’s so cute. I just wish it included more. For instance, two of the brush your teeth so that I can just have them on each side. Also, a nap time as my 2 year old is still napping. It does have some blank cards, but visually it drives me nuts seeing the difference.
We are super excited to use this! The quality is awesome. I do think there are two major cards missing - Brush Hair and Go To Bed. These are major routine items that are consistent for most kids. I know I can write on a blank one but I wish those two came pre-written from a visual consistency standpoint.
My kids love it. I've tried other things but this seems to work best. We just hang ours on a door upstairs and downstairs
We absolutely LOVE the routines visual schedule. It has helped tremendously with our 4 year old who likes to have a routine and know what's going on throughout the day. Being able to look at and talk about our plan for the day each morning and when she comes home from Pre-K has been a game changer. She has a lot of separation anxiety with starting school this year, so using this to remind her of all the fun things we will do before and after school and keeping our bedtime routine consistent has been wonderful!
I love these so much for my 2 year old. Even after a few days, he is getting used to looking at the schedule and understanding what comes next. This has helped with meltdowns. I know there are blanks, but I really think there should be a "go to bed" card. Its essential and I totally feel like its missing from the pack!
