I love this kit for social emotional learning! It teaches about being unique and helps kids understand the importance of being themselves. The beautifully made unicorn held drive the point and serves as a huggable lovie. The big book comes with a beautiful message for littles and has colorful pictures that entice little kids to want to read it again and again!

I used Unicorn and the big book, Unicorn Dares to be Unique, to discuss authenticity with my K2 class and they LOVED it. Such an amazing, easily accessible, story for even the youngest learners. We had a wonderful discussion about being ourselves and letting our lights shine (figurative language in kindergarten, hello!) and they loved the extra resources and giving our Uni ALL the cuddles.

I used this slumberkin in my classroom to support self love and embracing uniqueness. Students embraced the character and could relate to her book. We use several slumberkins in my classroom, and love adding more to our group. I will be getting one for my daughter, as well!
